Cancellation Policy

Payments are due by the first of the month.  Anything received after the 7th will have a $15.00 late fee.  There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.  Please arrive early for your lesson and please give 24 hour notice when cancelling.  Without a 24 hour notice you will not be permitted a makeup lesson and you will be liable for the cost of that lesson.  When possible we will attempt to reschedule cancelled lessons but we cannot guarantee any accommodation. Anything less than 3 lessons a month is considered pay by the lesson.  Three lessons a month are required to secure your time slot.  If you miss part or all of your lesson by being late, you will be expected to pay for the full lesson. There are no refunds for unused lessons.

Make Up Policy

Makeups can be made if the farm cancels lesson because of bad weather conditions. Or, if you called 24 hours in advance, and we are able to reschedule the lesson. There will be no make up lessons for a scheduled makeup lesson, you will be liable for the cost of the lesson.  In addition, once you stop paying for a monthly package you will forfeit any remaining make up lessons.

What you need to bring to your lesson

Students are required to wear long pants, and shoes or boots with a heel.  Long hair should be tied back.  We have ASTM approved helmets for you to wear if you do not have your own.
